Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc presented Colleen J. Payne, the 2010 Community Service Award for her many contributions to the community. She was honored during the 80th Mid-Western Regional Conference being held on March 18, 2010 at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center, Norman, OK.
