Colleen J. Payne is an advocate for mentorship. Knowing that mentorship is essential for helping youth to reach their fullest potential while preparing them for a life full of success, Colleen J. Payne partnered with the Youth Services of Tulsa to develop Mentoring with a Purpose.
Mentoring with a Purpose is a non-profit organization that allows at-risk youth the opportunity to connect with Tulsa’s most influential leaders and entrepreneurs. By developing a connection with a successful mentor in the community, these youth are given opportunities to succeed through their mentorship network.
